MARCH 25th, 2025:
Hello Fish Friars!!! For the first time this Lent we have beat the 900 meal mark! We served 916 meals on March 21st!! In Hall Dining: 462. Carryouts: 454. Our lucky 50/50 Winner was Kevin Goff receiving $380!!! Congrats Kevin! Thanks to Amy Yonkman at Catchmark Communications for writing a promotional article about our Fish Fry! — see attached: http://Knights of Columbus @ St. James 2025 Lenten Fish Fry- A Tradition of Service and Community – It has come to our attention that Volunteers with gmail accounts have not been receiving our emails. ;( Those gmail addresses have now been put on a Fish Fry gmail account. Hopefully we will have better success. Sorry about the lack of communication. This weeks Fish Fry Theme!!! It’s Opening Week at the Ball Parks!!! Good Morning Fish Friars!!! We started the St.Patrick’s Day weekend with a celebration of serving 867 lucky fish meals last night!!! In Hall Diners = 441. Carryouts = 426 Chris Osterman was the Lucky 50/50 Winner with $337!!! Congratulations Chris! SPRING starts next week! FEBRUARY 25th, 2025:
Hello Fish Friars! We are preparing food for approximately 800! The Hall is prepped and most of the food has been received. On Wednesday the Ladies of the Auxiliary will be baking our delicious deserts and finishing on Thursday morning. Hall/Kitchen setup on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. About 5:00 p.m. Thursday, cashiers should come in to review any changes in the new (largely same) register setup. If you live on a busy or semi-busy street be sure to take a Fish Fry yard sign. Please return signs after the Fish Fry. Looking forward to working with our Award Winning Crew!!! Tom & Carol
